Cancellation Policy

You can cancel without penalty up to 14 days (for a public class) or 5 days (for a virtual class) before a class starts. After that, you will be charged the full fee. You can apply this payment toward any future offering of the same class, send a substitute to the scheduled class, or apply the payment to a different offering from us (including an in-house seminar) within 1 year of the cancellation.

Requirements Solutions Group will not process payments for public classes earlier than 30 days (5 days for a virtual class) before begin of the session unless specifically requested. At that time, we will make a final decision on the disposition of the training. If we have sufficient enrolled participants, we will finalize the venue, send confirmations, invoices and process credit card payments. In the event that we do not have sufficient enrollment to finance the class, we will cancel the session and offer all registered participants a full refund or alternative arrangements.
